A cutting-edge nitrous oxide breathalyser, believed to be the first of its kind in the world, is being trialled by police in Thames Valley in a ground-breaking trial
The innovative device is being tested by officers to see if it can be used to detect if a driver is under the influence of this harmful drug. If successful, this could lead to these motorists to be prosecuted for drug driving offences.

Update on East Hagbourne Post Office campaign
Thanks to the efforts of everyone who backed the local campaign to save East Hagbourne Post Office - there is hope - but the fight isn’t over yet.
I wrote to the Post Office Minister back in March to raise the impact of the decision not to recruit a new sub-postmaster. I have received confirmation from the Minister that there is some movement, but not a viable solution yet.
