What will the Crime & Policing Bill do to help motorcyclists?

Theft of motorcycles is a significant issue in Thames Valley. Despite an overall reduction in vehicle crime there is still more to do and I will soon be publishing a Vehicle Crime Strategy to help prevent offending and bring more criminals to justice. Last week I spoke to the Motorcycle Action Group about the new Crime & Policing Bill and what it might mean for reducing motorcycle theft and tackling antisocial riders.
