Thames Valley Police’s Rural Crime Taskforce have been working in partnership as part of an operation to tackle acquisitive crime in rural areas across the Thames Valley.

Earlier this month the Taskforce were joined by the Joint Operations Unit Roads Policing Team and Commercial Vehicle Unit, as well as officers from Hampshire Constabulary and Sussex Police to take part in the cross-border operation.

To mark his anniversary in office, Matthew has been reflecting on the achievements of the last 12 months including the publication of his Police and Criminal Justice Plan, the launch of the Community Speedwatch scheme and welcoming the Home Secretary to Thames Valley Police training centre.
