Thames Valley Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner are have launched a tough new approach to tackling knife crime, focussing initially in the city of Milton Keynes.
Matthew Barber, Police and Crime Commissioner for the Thames Valley, has announced £30,000 of funding for Search & Rescue Teams across the Thames Valley.
The Thames Valley has been successful in all four bids that were submitted to receive a portion of this national funding, with over £1.67 million secured for activity across six local authority areas;
